Good rhinoplasty is mostly conversation. The surgery is the easy part. The consultation is where the right outcome gets designed, and where the wrong one gets prevented.
What you bring
Reference photos if you have them, your medical history, and any prior scans from ENT work. We pay for the CT scan onsite if you do not already have one from home.
The anatomy review
Twenty minutes at minimum. The surgeon looks at airway function first, cosmetic wishes second. If you cannot breathe through your nose, we fix that before anything else, and we say so on the spot.
The three-week honesty test
If this is your first rhinoplasty, you do not book surgery the same week you meet the surgeon. You go home, you live with the simulation for three weeks, and then you decide. Our surgeons insist on this, because revisions are always harder than originals.
When we say no
- Body dysmorphia patterns in the conversation.
- Unrealistic references, like wanting a nose that will not sit on your face.
- Active smoking in the thirty days before surgery.
- Planned pregnancy inside six months.
What it costs
Primary open rhinoplasty lands between 3,800 and 5,400 USD all-in. Revision cases start at 6,200 USD and go up quickly with complexity. The quote includes the surgeon, anesthesia, hospital fees, one night in recovery, and the follow-ups.
